I would recommend Brian Ream at Stewardship to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home. My wife and I just bought our first home in Phoenix, and we had almost no clue what we were doing when we started. Stewardship was recommended to us by a friend from our church, so we decided to give them a call. When we first reached out to Brian, we had nothing but questions. He took the time to give us very detailed answers on what our timeline should look like to close at the right time to avoid double payments with our apartment lease. After providing some basic financial information (including what we wanted our mortgage payment to be), he gave us an honest price range of what we could afford without trying to oversell us. After about 5 months passed, it was time to start looking for house, so we called Brian again and let him know that we were ready to get the process started. Immediately he got our account setup and processed the paperwork that we provided. Everything on Stewardship's side was taken care of very quickly, and we were given specific instructions about our next steps. Brian always took the time to answer our questions slowly and accurately so we were well informed about our mortgage. Brian also always estimated high on the money we would owe on the day of closing, so when that day came around we were almost surprised at how little we had to pay. We are thrilled with our mortgage, and can't really imagine having a better outcome. Stewardship does honest work and they look out for the best interest of their clients. They seek to provide for your needs instead of making money. I knew from day one that we were in great hands, and spent very little time worrying about our mortgage. That felt like a small part of the process with Brian on our team. It was more than worth the drive out to Gilbert to meet with him!
