Betsy is SO patient with me ... I know I ask the same question a dozen different ways to make sure I understand. If insurance companies are the big bad wolf ... then Betsy is Red Riding Hood ... making sure Grandma (customer/Me!) doesn't get eaten!

I came to Alta Vista Insurance for renters insurance. I was immediately greeted with a huge smile by the lovely Amanda at the front desk who asked me what I needed help with. She walked me over to one of their agents to get started. Gloria helped me with my policy got me the best rate. I had no idea what I was doing but they made it quick and easy to do with no hassle and explained everything. While we were building my policy Sherri was asking me about where I was going and how my summer was. They even faxed my paperwork to my new housing complex so I wouldn't have to. A few days later I had a question and went back. Rick helped me and it was another great experience. Everyone in the office was so friendly and they really cared about me and made sure my business was done correctly and that I was satisfied. It is like a family there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alta Vista Insurance to everyone!!!
