Talk about customer service! Ever since we switched we are always getting a check up call. So when I got a broken windshield somehow I didn't have the coverage to repair it and the insurance company denied the claim. I called BSP they looked into it and realized that somehow it was missed. What did they do about you ask? They paid for the repair!! That's GREAT customer service!!!
Plus, what other local company gives back so much to the community?? Did you see that they just donated over $25K. Between the City of Meriden Ben Franklin and the Jesse Lewis Choose LOVE organization.
Being a small business owner myself and a city kid I appreciate all they do for our community.
I'm a customer for life!
