They're quick to respond in getting a quote. The automated system has some bugs needing a fix since we kept getting error messages. We requested for an agent to return our call yet never received one. We were prompted by an email to make a phone call reservation inorder to speak with an agent. The automated system just doesn't work properly leaving the potential customer a bit frustrated and wondering if the appointment has been set or not since the confirmation doesn't respond until the next day. If someone who isn't a customer yet cannot speak with a real person what will it be like when there's an emergency claim?
