I reached out to several insurance agencies to get a new homeowners insurance quote and either the agencies were unresponsive or unhelpful altogether. Unlike my experience at Jean Arthur Associates where Teresa was thoughtful, helpful, and proactive in helping me to secure my new quote not only quickly, but with the insurer I originally requested. I appreciate her knowledge and the teams expertise altogether. She took the time to answer my questions until I was completely satisfied with my choice. I would highly recommend this agency and I plan on using them for other insurance needs in the near future. Honestly, it was a great experience and you would not go wrong to at least check them out before making a decision. You won’t regret it!

I have never been so impressed with an insurance company in my life. Our homeowners insurance company decided to stop writing policies in Florida which was leaving us without insurance. I called approximately 10 companies all of which didn't seem to want to help me or didn't want to give me enough coverage. My final call was to Jean Arthur and Associates and boy did it turn my frown upside down. They were so very attentive, professional, kind and caring. They wanted to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. I am over the moon happy that I called them because I got much better insurance through them than a company I had been with for over 20 years and it was considerably less money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company and suggest you call them if you need insurance. You'll regret it if you don't.
