This is completely unsolicited, but well earned. I'm in the mortgage business -- have the opportunity to deal with MANY insurance companies on behalf of mutual clients. So I have a LOT of experience in the good, bad, ugly. Today, I received a call from Emily at the Neighbor Insurance Services office -- she was trying to find a solution to a mutual client's insurance policy that was going to lapse due to non-payment (it was escrowed, but the mortgage company didn't pay it yet). Long story short, she made the call, found the information on behalf of the client and then made sure it was paid. The client never even got involved. I've been in the mortgage business for 17 years. I've never once seen this happen. It's completely unheard of. I don't know a lot about this insurance agency -- but I can confidently say they're head and shoulders above the competition when it it comes to customer service. Incredible. I can confidently say that you can work with them with confidence. They get things done. Great work!
