We had Chad Cruse as our agent during our time in Moline between 2010 and 2014. Hands down the worst State Farm service I have ever had. My husband and I are lifelong customers, but this service caused us to discuss other options. Constant phone calls to expand coverage to life insurance or financial instruments. I bought health insurance during part of that time as my employer did not offer it. It was cheap, but poor coverage. Chad made sure to let me know that the Affordable Care Act was not going to last. When we bought a home and later had to relocate, Chad made sure to check if we were at home so that he could raise the rates if the house was 'abandoned.' It wasn't.
