The Insurance People were good when we needed insurance, but terrible when it came time to cancel our policies. We moved out of state and cancelled our home and auto policies. I left numerous voicemails (which were not returned) and sent multiple emails requesting the cancellations. When I finally reached out (over a month after our house sold and we moved out of state) to Alexandra, who I believe started the company, I was told "I think if you reach out to them and act kindly and respectfully they will likely be able to help you." I forwarded her my "kind and respectful" correspondence which went ignored multiple times and let her know I would be reviewing their company online. If anyone would like to see my email exchanges, I would be happy to send them on to you. I'm quite shocked with the way I've been treated - especially as the company came highly recommended in a moms group. If you want to be patronized and left hanging when you need them, call them. If you want a good insurance agent, save yourself the headache and find someone else.
