Huge disappointment. These reviews must be fake. I called him TWICE for quotes because I wanted insurance earlier than we planned. He told me to wait an hour & half for a quote. Been 3 days since we talked. I called a few times no answer. But when I call from a different number he responds “I told you call me Friday morning.”

My brother referred me to this place. He’s had his insurance through Wasseem for over 5 years. Wasseem is by far the best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He got me the best deal on my home and auto insurance even after shopping around for three weeks before calling him. Was told to call here for my quote from another insurace agency, East Dearborn Insurance Agency. Didn't make sense. Anyways after 5 days of trying to get a quote from EDIA they said to call insurify because they ran the quote. Called them 3 times Everytime I called they didnt know who I was after explaining 2 minutes ago. They they say ok please hold put me on hold couple seconds later call disconnects. Everytime. Even after explaining what was happening. Didnt even mind to call me back. It's ok. I'll take my business elsewhere but in the meantime you guys should straighten up your call system.
