If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I have had nothing but a terrible experience since going through them for my home owners and vehicle insurance since December last year. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of them when you need them. I recently called to go over my auto insurance because the coverage I have is way too much and I wanted to lower it so I could lower my bill. I was lucky enough to get through to someone on the second day trying to contact them, I talked to her about my concern and she said she would call me back within an hour with a new quote. This was on April 14th. I didn't receive a call back at all, called them on the 15th and no one answered. I left them a voice mail requesting a call back, and nothing. Called them today and again, no answer. This has happened before with other issues I had when initiating my policy. I will cancel my insurance through them and deal directly with the company from now on. Save yourselves the trouble and don't waste your time like I have been.
