I love that when I contacted with a question on our renewal that I heard back quickly and they promptly re-ran our policy. It resulted in a large savings for the year. I love that through Roger Smith we are paying some of our lowest premiums, while having some of the best coverage on our home and auto. I love as well the personal touch of Lindsey calling me with the updated information, even though I had initiated my contact through email. I continue to be impressed with the customer service at Roger Smith. Having worked in customer service myself for many years, it is something I highly value and love when I find good customer service. It is a standard I always strived to achieve and provided, so it is nice to find it in return.
