Good luck trying to get anyone to respond to your EMAILS. It took over a month to get a reply and my question was still not even acknowledged. They ignore and avoid your difficult questions and only want to get you quoted. Then, be prepared to be told it's your fault for THEM not getting back with YOU. Clay completely screwed up at All-State and caused the loss of insurance to a cabin in 2017 that is still trying to be fixed. When asked about the discrepancies in the dates that caused the loss of insurance, he passed the buck off onto someone else who was equally as unhelpful. Other agencies can find you the same quotes in a timely manner and will be more professional about it than this place.
Tucker did not try to repeatedly contact me and saying I refused to speak with him is an outright lie. I asked him about American Modern on July 12th and again on August 9th and didn't hear ANYTHING back until this morning when he offered to quote again; NOT to address the American Modern question. So yes, annoyance and frustration was the tone of the conversation which turned to disbelief and anger when you tried to partially blame me for your agent's failure to communicate. Then trying to say none of that matters rather than admitting, owning, and apologizing is a total shock. NOT ONCE was there an apology for your team dropping the ball and lack of communication. Unapologetic lack of professionalism is where I draw the line. As I said, there are other agencies that will respond in a timely manner with more professionalism than yours.
