  Monreal Insurance Solutions are the best! Their approach is very different than what I'm used to. After speaking with the agent on the phone regarding my insurance needs he made a video explaining what was being sold to me. Insurance has always been confusing to me but he really made it easy to understand. They definitely won a forever client in me!

  So far so good. I've dealt with several insurance brokers in the past, and while I've only truly ever had one negative experience, it did cause me to develop a false perception of what "good" customer service was. We don't usually deal with insurance brokers until a problem arises, which if all goes well, should be rare. But when things go sideways, a good broker SHOULD be accessible, and for me that hasn't always been the case. This brings me to what I love best about M.I.S; I have confidence that any time I reach out I will get ahold of somebody, or they will reach out in a TIMELY manner. Whether it's email or phone, somebody will always answers or gets back to me ASAP. This, to me, is the most important part. Thank you so much to Adrian and the rest of his team for the great service so far!

  M.I.S. Has been a huge help in providing coverage for my family and I for 5 years now! We have added vehicles, sold vehicles, gone through some life changes and Adrian (the owner) and his staff have been great at always keeping up with our life events and insuring us correctly every step of the way. I've recommended him to my co-workers and they have used him as well. Great stuff!!

  I was moving out of state and wanted to also switch my car insurance. I am really glad I found Monreal Insurance Solutions. For me, auto insurance has always been incredibly confusing but they made it so easy to understand. The staff are very patient, knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the options and recommendations and are completely happy with it so far. We have more coverage now than before and pay less than what I paid previously with the other insurance company.
