Bonnie Babcock over 1 year agoI have worked with insurance people for many years but working with Lori is pure joy. She has such happiness in her voice when I talk to her. Working with Lori I know things will be done and done correctly. She even reached out when she saw that I didn't pay my premium to see why. We found I didn't get the invoice. She corrected the issue right away and kept things going smooth. What a breath of fresh air.
