    11/5/2019 - My wife and I have been using Whiteside Ins. for years. As an independent agent, they have always had access to Ins. companies within our price range, and coverage limits. I would give higher marks, but customer service is 1-2 stars. We've had to call time and time again to remind them to put a declaration page here, add this driver there, change this value over there. 11/6/19 - Update. Whiteside didn't respond to any phone calls yesterday. Early this morning I called the Ins. company, they informed me our agent failed to add the mortgage company as a lien holder to a new policy. I left voice message with Wade at Whiteside to contact me. By 11 AM, I've not heard back. I called the mortgage company to update on the situation. That the agent didn't add them as lien holder. The mortgage company placed a three-way call with the Ins. company and together, we corrected the missing information. This blunder of Whiteside could have forced our mortgage company to seek hazard coverage for our property. I've spent a measurable amount of time from my work solving this issue. Perhaps my expectations for insurance agents is to high. Maybe it's not like it was when sixteen. Maybe now days we have to manage every aspect, every detail. As we search for a new agent, I now have many new qualification questions to ask. I no longer recommend Whiteside. 12/12/19 - Thanks for taking note of our issue Wade. Your response has persuaded us to remain with Whiteside.

    Whiteside Insurance Agency is the worst insurance agency and insurance agent I've ever dealt with in my life. Horrible non-existent customer service and communication. Wade Whiteside never returns emails and you can never get answers to your own policies unless you contact Germania Insurance directly. Go anywhere else but here. You've been warned.
